Rules of the High Levels ^^

rules made by Dr.Grant60 and friends

rule 1: You shall honor your fellow Toppsies.
rule 2: You shall help thy brothers and or sisters of the Toppsies when in need.
rule 3: You need to be a level 11 or higher to join.
rule 4: You must never mention the club to noobs.
rule 5: new high levels must find the secret entrance to the club.if u find it msg the high level club on nonoba and leave a message explaining how u found the club entrance.

alright first off congrats for finding this site ;3 this is where all the rules and pending members are going to be at. also updates and what not ^^
the point of it is not to be found by lower levels and stupid noobs =P.hehe
everyone is welcomed but the whole club has to decide on if your in or not. or get a reference from one of the members.

to NEW high levels
you must find the secret entrance to the club on a profile [of a high level]. Once you found it you must message the high level club [on nonoba] explaining where you found it and in which profile. best of luck to the new high levels.
